Booking Policies
ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL
Once you have made a booking at Centralspacare, please note that it is considered final. We kindly ask that you make any changes or cancellations one day in advance to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least one day in advance. will give us enough time to find another suitable time slot for you.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request that you call us at least two hours in advance to let us know. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be on our waiting list.
FIRST-TIME FACIAL CLIENTS
If you are a first-time facial client at Centralspacare, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This extra time will allow you to fill out an intake form, providing us with important information about your skin concerns, allergies, and any other relevant details.
